Sales Process and WebMarketing

This role is based in Swindon, UK.
The area: Sales and Marketing department.

The department of marketing and sales is responsible for documenting the main site, as well as the development of sites with thematic oriented products.
The job description includes content management and graphical design of web sites.
Online Marketing and Sales throughout the cycle: telephone, customer service and after-sales support, complete the functions of this department.

The job has 4 distinct functions: Content Management, Online Marketing, Graphic Design and Sales & Customer Service.

Responsibilities

Content: Documenting existing products, product entry to the store, as well as thematic websites of particular products. This point includes the digitization products where necessary, as well as writing articles and news of interest.
Online Marketing: Drafting and sending newsletters, guerrilla marketing, management of adwords campaigns, managing eBay and other directories if necessary. Knowledge of competition, prices and margins which would account at all times in order to modify a price, insert a tender spot.
Sales: Responsible for the Call Center, including after-sales service, customer care, and control of deliveries and logistics.
Graphic design: Design advertisements and special offers, headers and graphic design-oriented Web in general, under parameters already in place and use programs already predetermined. Design newsletters.
